What is CBD Isolate?

We formulated EQOL™ pomade using 99.7% pure CBD extract from hemp. Unlike a full spectrum CBD, CBD isolate does not contain any THC (the psychoactive compound in cannabis). The difference between an isolate and other CBD products is that most other CBD products will contain a small percentage of THC.

To create the isolate, the cannabis plant undergoes an extraction method to pull all of the compounds from the plant, including THC. What’s left is CBD isolate, which looks like crystals. These crystals are ground into a fine powder, which can then be used to make CBD products like our EQOL™ organic pomade and edge control.

The result is all the benefits of CBD — nothing more or less.
